NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THIRD PARTY COMMENTS
REGARDING PERIODIC EVALUATION FOR
MEDIACOM COMMUNICATIONS & THE CITY OF MOOSE LAKE 

NOTICE is hereby given the Moose Lake Technology Committee will meet in the City Council/Town Board Chambers, Moose Lake Area Civic & Community Center, located at 313 Elm Ave., Moose Lake, Minnesota at 5:00pm., on Tuesday, May 5th, 2017, to take comments from the public about service from Mediacom Communications and the City of Moose Lake in preparation of the triennial Periodic Evaluation of the Franchise Agreement between the City of Moose Lake and Mediacom Communications.

Any person wishing to express an opinion on the matters to be discussed at the public hearing will be heard orally or in writing.  Send written comments to Steve Devine-Jelinski, Technology Coordinator, City of Moose Lake, P.O. Comments must address substantive matters related to the quality of cable programming or service of Mediacom Communications and/or the City of Moose Lake.
